RETURN POLICY

YOUR SATISFACTION IS IMPORTANT TO US.

At this time, we do not offer returns.

Our commitment, to your satisfaction is of importance to us. While we currently do not have a return policy in place Adzoscents strives to provide you with top-notch products for your home. If by any chance you are not completely satisfied with your order we genuinely appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to rectify any issues.

Shipping

For shipping purposes, we rely on USPS as our trusted carrier. Orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 4 days of receiving them.Shipments going out Monday  through Wednesday to avoid candles sittting long at USPS. Please note that expedited or overnight shipping options are not available at this time. Same day shpping if orders are placed before 4pm.

Delivery Charges

We are not responsible for paying any duty or taxes that may arise from shipping. The customer must pay forward. 

Please NOTE: We are not responnsible for stolen packages once delivered to your location. Make sure delivery address is a safe place for your shipment. If in any event, a package is stolen or missing please make claim with your postal service.

Damages/Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the product is deemed defective, or damaged, or you receive the wrong item please contact customer service with your name, order number, and a photo of the faulty item, so that we can quickly resolve this issue.
